Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons in Media Studies and English across the age and attainment range at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire students with a passion for media, literature, and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing individualized support where needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities, including media projects and literary events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECTs (Early Career Teachers) qualifying this year are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Unqualified teachers with relevant experience and a strong commitment to pursuing a teaching career are also welcome.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Media Studies and English education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
